Hélène Lepage

Jade Arsenault Bérubé, FORCE perinatal services, doula, birth attendant

For more than 2 years, I have been providing postnatal support with a community organization that works in the Quebec region. I started doing this because I wanted to bring more sweetness into the daily lives of families, hence my name Maman Douce, found by my daughter when she was 2 years old.

Since I began navigating perinatal care, I wanted to focus on postnatal care, but the more time progressed, the more the call for birth support became apparent. I would say that I did not choose to become a birth doula, it was the vocation that chose me!

I currently do this wonderful job part-time and it is a privilege for me to support families during this pivotal period of welcoming one (or more) child(ren). I am also a child carrying instructor and skin-to-skin advisor.

It will be my pleasure to look with you at how I can add sweetness to your experience,

Hélène, Sweet Mom
